
最近17 Media頻繁地在PTT上發表徵才文，身為台灣人，用履歷表支持一下台灣新創公司也是很合理的，投履歷隔天就收到人資電話約面試了。

# 職缺介紹

- 熟悉Symfony2、Node.js、MongoDB及Git
- 熟悉AWS解決方案
- 電子商務系統開發經驗

上一次接觸PHP大概是3年前了，MySQL也是1年沒碰了，而且我熟悉的還是MERN Stack（Nodejs、Express、React、MongoDB），多半屬於加分項目...不過還是厚著臉皮去了XD

# 面試過程

到達公司後先被人資請到旁邊等候，口氣聽起來頗差，工作環境明亮有活力，但是是完全開放的空間，沒有任何辦公隔層，隨後就被帶往其他樓層（據說共有三層樓，規模約200位員工），見到主管後就開始筆試。

## 筆試

筆試分為兩部分，PHP部分共17題，前端部分約10題，全部是簡答或敘述題，難易度有點兩極，字數可能要自行斟酌，不然寫很多字其實有點累XD，完成整個筆試大約1個小時。

## PHP筆試

這個部分雖然名為PHP筆試，但實際上是考一些Backend的觀念以及常見陷阱，PHP的細節考得比預期還少，底下是我還回想的起來的題目：
- POST與GET差異
- TCP與UDP差異
- Session與Cookie差異
- include()與require()差異
- 描述SOAP
- 描述SQL Injection以及如何防止
- 描述XSS
- 描述OAuth的四種Grant Flow
- 描述分散式系統的CAP
- 寫出SQL的CRUD語法
- 寫出MongoDB的CRUD語法
- 列舉並描述你所知道的Design Pattern
- 撰寫PHP印出0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55
- 撰寫PHP印出下表（表格是3x3的九宮格，由左而右由上到下，分別填滿1~9的9個數字）

## 前端筆試

前端部分出現了滿多測驗vanilla js底子的題目，有點邊寫邊抖，腦中會浮現怕.jpg，底下是我還回想的起來的題目：

- 描述DOCTYPE
- 描述AJAX
- 描述css box model與flexbox model
- 描述prototype chain
- 描述scope chain
- 描述javascript closure
- 列舉你使用過的前端框架，並說明各自優缺點

## 面談

筆試結束後主管親自閱卷，然後才開始翻履歷，先由主管進行英文測驗，但不曉得是欠缺制度還是刻意設計的流程，主管拿著Symfony的Document，找了2小段請我翻譯，接著又翻了十幾二十個單字問我意思，最後詢問我能否使用英文自我介紹。另外因為提到自己研究的領域有接觸機器學習，好死不死剛好是主管的領域，就又被多問了知道哪些機器學習或人工智慧相關的演算法。

接著主管接到電話，似乎有急事就中離，也找了一位全端工程師Albert接下去面試，主要是請我介紹履歷上列出的有趣專案和事蹟，然後向我說明17 Media準備發起一項線上購物相關的新產品，目前正在招募新團隊，所以推測目前的徵才文都是在招募新團隊，而不是17直播團隊。

面談結束前主管回來了，並且告知我還沒有工作經驗，無法提供我senior的待遇，並詢問期望薪資，請我等候兩星期通知結果。

# 結論

## 面試流程不流暢

感覺缺乏面試流程與制度，而且中途被打斷，整個流程最不爽的是，面試都還沒開始，就先被人資跩一波...

## 開放式辦公環境

辦公室地點在台北101附近，所以很熱鬧，但是相對的房子租金會偏高。辦公環境有不錯的景觀，室內也很明亮，辦公桌都是無隔層的開放式大桌子，每個人桌上都是一台Mac，很多人在閒聊或討論，非常的吵。另外，辦公室的牆上會掛著螢幕牆，直接播放17直播的隨機直播畫面。

## 加班文化未知

還不知道能否拿到offer進去工作，所以加班資訊未知，但根據網路說法大約會加班1小時。

## 待遇及福利佳

只要有錢，一切都好說，這也是吸引大部分面試者的主要原因吧，除了午餐補助和高薪以外，個人覺得還有運動補助真的很厲害，整體待遇和福利都很誘人！

## 4個工作天收到回覆

最終面試結果等候6天（周末2天+工作日4天）收到信件通知未錄取。


面試心得–M17麻吉一七


第一次知道Wearisma這家公司是因為實驗室帶我的博班學姊向我推銷，說她有個學妹在裡面（其實也是我的學姊），所以我剛好有機會內推賺到面試機會。完整的職缺要求和公司簡介在PTT徵才原文「[[徵才] 偀向軟體Wearisma徵全端工程師(70~90k)](https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Soft_Job/M.1517255766.A.40C.html)」中都有提及了，是一間英國公司，2018/03要在台灣設立總部，所以目前極力徵才中，雖然優先尋找一個月內可以onboard的資深的工程師，但像我這種菜逼八也是會給予面試機會，未來有junior的職缺可能也能進吧！

# 職缺介紹

應徵的是全端工程師，基本要求如下：

- 資訊工程背景相關系所畢業，3年以上工作經驗
- 良好的英語會話與表達溝通能力及傑出的團隊合作
- 與國外同仁開會時，能接受彈性上班時間 （例如：12PM - 8PM/每週1~2天)
- 致力於撰寫簡潔有效率、可讀性高、易於維護及測試的程式

# 第一輪面試過程（英文視訊面試）

面試前有信件提醒面試過程約20~25分鐘，前後分為`General Questions`和`Technical Task`兩部份。面試官大約在面試開始前一刻加我skype，然後用訊息告知即將撥打通話，接通後會簡單問候，然後說明稍後的面試流程。

## 自我介紹

首先是簡單自我介紹，我說明自己是主修資工，研究所的方向是ML相關，未來想成為一位全端工程師，平時會做一些Side Projects來娛樂一下，面試官這時候感到興趣，請我挑一個Side Project來介紹，我就提供了SomeGuy的網址給他，我一邊說明，面試官也一邊詢問使用了什麼技術。

## 研究內容

接著她表示對我的研究非常有興趣，也想瞭解（畢竟徵才文中就有提及要做ML相關的工作），我也簡單介紹了自己做的研究方向還有使用的技術，接著被問到我的研究有什麼樣的Challenge，我就繼續順著問題補充說明，算是勉強過關。

## 知道Wearisma在做什麼嗎？為何應徵？

其實在面試前有翻過Wearisma官方網站，但還是看不懂網站上的介紹，所以面試官向我詳盡地介紹了一次Wearisma是什麼樣的公司，至於為何應徵的這題我倒是沒有太多想法，就回說想當個Web Developer。聽完面試官講解後，我對於Wearisma的理解如下，給大家參考參考：

> Wearisma是一間軟體公司，提供一個平台來媒合品牌（Brand）與追蹤者（Influencer），但主要客戶是品牌，Wearisma會從追蹤者的社群網路中蒐集資料，運用資料分析技術將結果匯報給品牌，作為行銷（Marketing）的依據。

## Technical Task

題目長這樣：

> Given a string with left and right parentheses, how you verify the string is valid (balanced) Ex. ((())()()()) -> Valid, ()) → Invalid

一開始我覺得這問題很適合使用Stack來進行運算，解釋完想法後面試官送了`())`這個case過來，我也理解這樣子Stack在Empty時會發生問題，就改用Counter計算括號的方式重新說明新的作法與思路，然後又再一次被`())(`這個special case考倒，於是我又想了新的方法，面試官最後才放過我XD

## 中文問答

問完Technical Task後，面試還剩最後3分鐘，面試官也知道我英文頗爛，就特例跟我用中文對談了（面試官也是台灣人），大致就了解一下公司概況，台灣公司3月才會正式開始，所以目前還沒有Developer，最後就詢問何時能開始工作，有問題也能信件保持連絡。

# 第二輪面試過程（英文視訊面試）

第二階段是純粹的Coding Test，面試官開了一個共同編輯的google docs給我，上面已經列好題目如下：

> Given an array A, write a function to move all 0's to the end of it while maintaining the relative order of the non-zero elements. For example, A = \[0, 1, 0, 3, 12\], after calling your function, A should be \[1, 3, 12, 0, 0\].

乍看下會覺得很簡單，開新的陣列來存不就好了，但是往下一看附帶了2項限制：

> Note:
You must do this in-place without making a copy of the array.
Minimize the total number of operations.

function可以用pseudo code來寫，一開始可以寫較差的版本，例如我先建立一個$O(n^2)$的寫法：

一邊寫的過程中，面試官會詢問你的思路，還會直接在docs上面用範例來演示程式執行的效果，還給了我提示讓我想看看能不能改善這個版本，後來順利寫出$O(n)$的版本：

到此為止面試時間也差不多半小時，後面就單純詢問我有沒有任何其他問題，然後結束本次面試。

# 第三輪面試

如果通過第二階段的話，據說會面試一小時，創辦人、工程師還有同事都會參加，還會考最後一題Coding Test。但是我在第二輪就被刷掉了，所以無法提供此階段面試的細節。

# 結論

## 英文面試

我自認英文讀寫能力中等，但聽力和口說大概就沒救了，人生中第一次用英文溝通這麼久其實頗緊張，但如果能上的話我覺得是個很棒的練英文環境，而且每年還能免費去英國一趟！面試部分也因為英文不好的關係常常詞不達意，沒辦法百分百發揮。

## 省錢省時

整個面試過程只需要動滑鼠和敲鍵盤，不用在外面搭車奔波，也沒有費時的筆試，其實是個值得推薦的優點！

## 用心的面試流程

從寄出履歷至邀約面試，以及面試的過程都能感受到Wearisma的用心。包括回信時間不會拖拖拉拉，信中問候讓人覺得很親切，約面試時會double check，讓人感覺謹慎，甚至約第二次面試時剛好遇到年假，也能被體諒而順延，個人覺得滿貼心的！面試過程也很積極地讓我了解公司在做什麼，面試結尾時面試官也很坦白地說馬上要面試下一位，從中也能感受到公司對準時和效率的追求，整體而言真的可以感受Wearisma有用心在做好一件事情。

面試心得–鴻海FG次


# 公司及職缺概況

MVP是位於新竹交大育成中心的2年新創公司，規模約10~15人，現階段專門將台灣的工程師媒合至美國的開發案件，因此MVP員工需與合作的美國公司簽署雇用合約，並且遠端與該公司員工協作開發，所以對英文能力也需要有基本要求；公司接了許多的案子，原則上每案會由1~2人負責；辦公環境就直接在育成中心的辦公隔間裡；每日午餐有120元補助額度；上下班時間約10:00至17:30，短工時算是非常誘人的特點。

由於我在研究所畢業至入伍當兵前約有2個月的空檔，在一位認識的MVP員工TZ及另一位正在MVP實習的學弟HY兩人的強力幫我內推之下，展開了這間公司的短期實習。

# 第一輪面試過程（視訊面試）

## CEO Skype閒聊

由於CEO常駐在美國，所以直接以Skype線上面談，但是他開頭就告訴我，既然TZ和HY都大力推薦我了，那麼今天基本上就是輕鬆閒聊就好。CEO稍微介紹了自己的經歷，接著主要談論公司的願景還有未來的藍圖，雖然聊得很輕鬆，不過最後還是要求我挑一天到公司進行面試。

# 第二輪面試過程（On-site面試）

## 工程師面談

由2位工程師介紹公司的開發概況，我也自我介紹個人經歷，最後進行簡單的QA，全程搭配電腦demo並以口頭交流。

## PM測驗

接著進來的是PM，其實讓我有點詫異，一般面試好像都是與工程師面試，遇得到PM的真的很罕見！而且稍微聊了一下之後要進行測驗，PM準備了一份UI設計稿，並說明規格及需求之後，請我規劃To-do List，但我也是第一次遇到這樣的測驗，自認為ticket沒有開得很好。

## 工程師Coding Test

最後一關是由第三位工程師進行Coding Test，題目只有一題，解題過程不太順利，我想到的演算法都無法正確算出解答，所以答得並不理想，但過程中還是保持與面試官交流思路。事後透過關鍵字搜尋，得知本題是出自[Leetcode 543. Diameter of Binary Tree](https://leetcode.com/problems/diameter-of-binary-tree/)。

Coding Test結束之後，面試官還問了我知不知道Stable Sort，雖然只需口頭回答，但演算法離我太久遠，我在面試官提示之下才勉強想起來。

# 隔日Onboard

CEO彙整了所有面試官的評價之後，就邀請我隔日中午來公司和同事們一起用餐，然後下午直接Onboard，據說是公司有史以來最快從面試到Onboard的記錄XD

# Return Offer

實習接近尾聲時，CEO也有與我討論，決定提供MVP的Return Offer給我，待我當完兵之後可以選擇回來MVP繼續工作。

## 核薪結果

- 本薪：$65k/mth \times 13mth/annum = 845k/annum$

最初在Wanted上看到美商歐姆雷特的前端徵才資訊，稍微查詢後可以知道他們在做遊戲社群及直播，每個職缺的待遇都非常優渥，競爭者顯然非常多，所以Omlet也打破了我最快收到未錄取通知的記錄XD

# 第一輪面試過程（線上Coding Test）

第一關的測驗是遠端線上進行Coding Test，測驗開始時才收到題目及Submission步驟，測驗時間總共2.5小時，包含閱讀題目、Coding、上傳程式碼以及發佈到任一可demo的平台以供檢驗。完整題目如下圖所示：

專案目標是要以Websocket來接Omlet的後端直播串流，並且能夠自動調整解析度及緩衝區，使得串流影片可以順暢播完，播放器的介面倒是可以自由發揮。

看到題目的時候整個人根本愣住了，這輩子寫過各式各樣的專案，就是沒接觸過直播和串流，當下其實想直接放棄...但還是硬著頭皮上了。Websocket的部分非常容易就接通，與後端交換訊息也一切順利，但是利用MSE（Media Streaming Extension）實作播放器的部分根本就是個災難，我認為MSE提供的API對初學者非常不友善，因此不太可能在短時間內理解，只能改寫現有教學的範例程式。而根據我約2個小時的嘗試，Omlet透過Websocket傳送至前端的串流Buffer似乎是一段一段10秒鐘的mp4影片，並非一般教學文章查到的主流串流格式，這導致我的播放器每播放完10秒鐘的chunk就會中斷一次，直到新的10秒鐘的chunk被解析完畢，造成影片非常不流暢的體驗；此外，搜尋到的所有串流影片教學因為串流方式與Omlet不同，所以幾乎沒有參考價值。

最終在掙扎了2小時後寄出專案屍體，果然過沒幾天就收到未錄取通知，結束這回合了。

第一輪面試過程（線上Coding Test）


# 公司概況

地點位於台北捷運七張站附近，公司規模約20人，前端約2人，後端含Devops約2人；辦公空間與另一間公司共享，有開放式也有隔層式，不過工程師座位會是隔層式，而且桌子是L型的大空間；上下班打卡，每日表定工作8.5小時，但可以自己彈性調整，只要每月合計工時達標即可；薪資保證13個月外加每季至多0.25個月的績效獎金，按績效比例計算。

# 面試過程

整場面試由2位面試官主持，一位是`女生`後端技術主管，而且慣用系統是Linux，另一位是前端技術主管。

## 面試官介紹

技術棧的部分後端是Laravel，前端是React及GraphQL，以Jenkins自動化測試，但手動部署至AWS Load Balancer；公司現階段商業模式是與賣家分潤，但想尋找新的商業模式，所以目前打算開發模組化介面租給廠商，讓廠商可以客製化自己的行銷網站，所以這個時間點錄取的話是能夠開發全新功能，而不必接手前人的程式碼~~，算是一個很吸引人的誘因~~。

## 自我介紹

最近的產能都投注在Scribo的開發上，只好端出來賣弄一下了，在Niceday的面試也是我第一次開著用Scribo寫的履歷進行自我介紹，好險Live Demo時沒出什麼問題XD，面試官在面試前也很用心地看過我其他篇的面試心得，是個有點意料之外的驚喜！

## 技術測驗

由於面的是前端職缺，所以接下來都由負責前端的面試官主持，首先是口頭的技術問答，憑印象記得的題目及回答如下：

- Q: SPA和傳統網站的差異? 有什麼優勢?

  A: SPA只有初始載入時會傳輸完整html，其餘靠AJAX動態載入，傳統網站則是每次request都會傳輸完整html；SPA可以減輕server負擔，也可提升前端使用體驗

- Q: 如何加速頁面載入? 前後端皆可，請舉三個例子

  A: lazy loading, gzip, minified js

- Q: let與var的差異?

  A: let是block scope, var是function scope

- Q: 如何判斷 Object 和 Array?

  A: lodash

- Q: js的繼承機制?

  A: prototype blablabla

- Q: 如何複製陣列?

  A: Array.slice()或是ES6的spread operator

- Q: 相較於其他前端，你覺得自己有什麼優勢?

  A: 資工本科系的背景及受過的完整訓練有助於開發上的思考及品質

接下來面試官把他的筆電投影至電視，準備了3題js的程式碼，問我執行結果，具體題目雖然無法完整重現，但是各題考的觀念大致如下：

最後階段是慣例的問答，然後後端主管應該同時有負責人事，所以向我說明工作時間、薪資結構等情況，然後帶我稍微參觀了一下辦公環境，順利結束本次的面試。

面試心得–Niceday玩體驗


由於大一的室友在Appier工作，剛好趁著就業博覽會期間讓他幫我內推，順便賺個推薦獎金，也幸運地得到了面試機會。公司地點位於101大樓附近的華南銀行大樓，是台北的市中心，生活機能極佳；大樓的門禁非常先進而且嚴謹，要先到發卡機填寫資料，接著拿起話筒與要拜訪的公司通話，確認無誤後才會拿到拿到一片塑膠磁扣，大樓閘門及電梯上下樓都需要掃描磁扣，到了6樓的Appier公司大門後還有最後一層門禁，需要用對講機與員工聯絡後才能踏入公司大門。

# 第一輪面試過程（On-site面試）

本次面試是由2位Tech Leader CT及CJ負責，分別是對外產品及內部產品的前端技術主管，並且直接表明此次面試只會有2題Technical Tests，一題pure css，一題javascript。

## 自我介紹

首先還是讓我進行自我介紹來開場，雖然我自認為用心地介紹著自己的經歷，但兩位面試官似乎沒有什麼回饋，只有提問「你覺得過去的經歷中遇過最困難的是？」，等我回答地差不多時，面試官有點突兀地說，由於時間關係，要直接進行Technical Test了。

## Technical Test

### 第一題：CSS

CJ給出的題目是他自己工作中實際遇到的Card實作問題，題目已經準備在jsbin了：

CJ僅提供了html結構、class命名以及Card容器的基本樣式，並且demo最終要我實作的效果：

1. Show more按鈕置於card底部
2. 滑鼠移至Show more按鈕時，Overlay會由下方以動畫滑動至上方，並且覆蓋住Content
3. 條件限制是，不允許對Overlay設定background相關的屬性

由CT出題，題目同樣準備在jsbin：

`promiseFactories`是一個function陣列，其中每個function都會回傳一個promise，並且回傳的promise會在經過指定的秒數後resolve，此題解答的目標是實作`run`這個function，使其回傳的promise resolve時得到promiseFactories的所有執行結果，此執行結果必須是一個陣列，並且保留promiseFactories元素之間的順序。

題目乍看之下很冗長且難懂，但其實只要把他想像成實作Promise.all()這個method即可，唯一不同之處在於，`Promise.all()`接受的參數是promise陣列，而本題的`run()`接受的參數則是function陣列。

原先預定還會有變化題，是要考量到`run()`的第二個參數`concurrency`，例如本題設定為3，即同時間只能有3個Promise在等待resolve，概念與thread pool類似，面試官還有特別準備視覺化圖片供參考（如下圖），但是由於時間不夠，這題就直接跳過了。

## Technical Test小結

實作過程中可以隨時說明自己的想法，與面試官交流解答思路，也可以查詢任何網路文件，面試官在整個過程中也都會十分和善地提供各種提示。例如我對CSS動畫其實非常不熟，當場各種查詢MDN和Stackoverflow，然後才在面試官的引導下逐步實作出來；第二題解答的過程中因為太緊張而犯了一些Typo，面試官也會直接指出。

## HR面談

這關是HR跟我安排二面，並說明後續如果能有三面及四面的話面試官將會是誰。二面會有CTO及Engineering VP；三面是PM；最後階段的四面則由CEO進行面試。

# 第二輪面試過程（On-site面試）

這大概是我自介過最多次的一天，先是CTO，接著Engineer VP，最後HR考量到我要南北奔波，當天想直接幫我塞一個Team Lead面試，不過Team Lead不在，便由Team Member代替。

## CTO兼Co-Founder

講話節奏很跳躍的交大學長，非常認真而且用心地閱讀我的履歷，基本上看到或聽到你介紹某個關鍵字時，就會抓著當下的討論拋出很艱澀的大哉問，例如我介紹Scribo時，就被問到「你的MongoDB怎麼做text search？」「MongoDB每個document有32MB上限，如果你的文章超過32MB要怎麼辦？」

表面上彼此是在亂聊，但其實跟如此Geek的人聊天時內心是很暢快的！此外，CTO是穿著藍白拖鞋和襪子進來會議室的，我一直投入在技術的討論上，直到他把腳盤上來沙發時，我才注意到原來他在公司裡是穿拖鞋XD

## Engineer VP

Engineer VP是一位講中文有點口音的新加坡人，並且為了Appier全家移民台灣。這關主要是針對人格特質和團隊合作進行面試，講到一半時還要求與我用英文交談。本以為他是屬於管理相關的主管，應該不會問技術題，不過還是被問到「你對PWA了解多少？」

## FinTech Team Members

HR與CTO及Engineer VP討論過後，當下就挑出了適合我的Team，不過Team Lead不在，因此這關由一位負責Data Science及另一位負責Backend的Team Member進行面試。原則上針對此團隊負責的專案討論，不過也有被問到一些不易回答的問題，像是「前端開發上最近遇過什麼難題，能否用白話解釋到我們backend或PM都能聽得懂？」

# 第三輪面試過程（視訊面試）

前一輪已經和Team Member聊過了，此次基本上只是和Team Lead見個面閒聊一下，一樣我先自介，接著就補問一些上一輪面試沒問到的問題，於是就這樣順順地度過這關了。

# 第四輪面試過程（On-site面試）

最後一輪面試是由CEO及COO擔任面試官，一如以往自我介紹後，以下是仍有印象的對話：

CEO：為什麼會想來Appier？
我：（自由發揮）

COO：你認為你最大的優點及缺點是什麼？
我：（按照自己的套路回應）

我：這個職位可能面對的最大困難是？
COO：會參與客戶溝通，還有把AI為人詬病的black box運算過程視覺化，讓客戶能夠理解

我：為什麼會面試這麼多次？
CEO&COO：精兵策略。Larry Page在公司500人的時候仍然是親自面試呢！

# 公司概況

目前公司規模35人；工程團隊的組成包含4位Full-stack Web Developer、2位Android App、3位iOS App及4位負責Machine Learning，這波面試目標是希望把每種分工都擴編成5個人；技術棧用的是PostgreSQL、Redis、Rails、React，主要服務都掛在Heroku上，雖然價錢稍貴，但是較AWS方便，另外拼貼趣是Heroku老客戶，所以也有優待，目前只有Redis使用AWS的服務，開發上會以docker輔助，production則無；API Server每小時約50,000~200,000個request，拼貼趣App則是每月有15,000,000活躍使用者。

# 第一輪面試過程（英文視訊面試）

面試官是一位叫做Russ的外國人，同時也是公司的Engineer Manager，非常準時地加入會議，講話簡短明確直入重點，不過剛接通視訊的時候才知道今天是英文面試，有點措手不及...

## 自我介紹

第一次用英文介紹Scribo，雖然有點介紹到失焦，不過面試官有當場註冊來親自體驗，還是有稍微扳回一城。

## 技術測驗

題目如下列，求5個`console.log`的輸出結果，解答只要開Dev Tool跑一下就能知道，因此就不附上答案了。

前面節奏很快，從面試開頭就一路被問了一個多小時的問題，因此對PicCollage和Web Developer這個職缺了解不多，所以這邊主要與面試官聊聊公司及Web Developer職缺的概況。

等了近兩個禮拜完全沒下文，原以為無聲卡，就直接接受其他公司的offer了，結果房子都找好了，家也搬完了，才收到二面通知（印象中面試官是說第一輪面試完隔天就會通知呀...），最後只好拒絕此次面試了。

# 公司概況

從技術角度切入，約莫使用 70% 的 Node.js 及 30% 的 Golang，幾乎不使用 Python；資料庫從關聯式的 MySQL 和 PostgreSQL 到非關聯式的 MongoDB 都有使用；目前雲端環境採用 AWS。目前總共 3 間辦公室，共約 270 人，技術團隊 60 人，後端佔 8 位。

# 公司概況

目前 Lablaco 有兩個線上產品，`LPLUS` 與 `SPIN`，成員來自全球四處，Partner 之一的 Lor 是個擅長交際的人，在時尚界掌握許多人脈，與目前負責處理產品事宜的 Ryan 在台北的創業聚會中認識後開始合作至今。

# 職缺介紹

產品現況是全部外包處理，未來打算成立 in-house 工程團隊，因此在台北招募技術導向的 Partner。目前公司規模約 20 人，預計在未來半年招募 5 至 6 位工程師。

# 第一輪線上面談（英文面談）

此關卡主要是由 Lor 分享公司現況及交流問題。

# 第二輪線上面試（英文面試）

此關主要是由 Ryan 主導，與面試者互相了解過去的工作經歷，也提到了公司的產品開發會涉及硬體設備。由於此關卡 Lor 也在場，因此全程仍然使用英文交流。

技術部分被問到「`Closure` 是什麼？」，當下回答時有些歪掉，後來翻到了[聊聊 Python Closure](https://dboyliao.medium.com/%E8%81%8A%E8%81%8A-python-closure-ebd63ff0146f)這份教學補強一下，覺得十分受用，順便在此推薦給各位讀者。

# 第三輪線上技術面試（中文面試）

本關一樣由 Ryan 負責，面試範圍收斂到純技術討論，因此相對前幾關乾淨俐落，總共交流以下兩個題目。

## 矩陣轉置

原命題限制輸入矩陣為 $n \times n$ 的方陣，因此最佳解時間複雜度為 $O(n)$，空間複雜度為 $O(1)$

## 排序數列中尋找遺漏的數字

筆者此時年資約為一年前端及一年後端，考量必須承擔新創潛在的風險，且資方不太接受支付更多的薪資，我最終並未接受 Offer，因此揭露 Package 細節希望能夠幫助到有緣人：

# 第一輪線上技術面試

此關為純技術面試，題目只有一題 Anagram 題型，由面試官一邊在線上編輯器打出題目，一邊口述講解。由於無法在網路上找到完全相同的題目原型，以下的題目說明僅憑筆者個人理解進行記錄。

## 找出合法字謎

當字串 $s_1$ 與 $s_2$ 存在相同的字母集合，且每個字母出現次數相同，稱 $s_1$ 與 $s_2$ 互為 Anagram。此題目標是從輸入字串 $[s_1, s_2, ..., s_n]$ 中尋找合法字謎，並除去無法匹配到任何字謎的字串，不必在意答案順序。

## 找出串流中的 p25, p50 及 p75

一開始題目沒有限制 latency 的範圍，且型態為 float，因此先嘗試最 Naive 的寫法，使用 priority queue 來維護所有看過的數字。後來面試官加入 $0 \le latency \le 10000$ 的限制，並且型態改成 integer，就能用 counting map 在有限空間及常數時間內完成計算了。

此關由人資主管 Devon 負責，先是提到了 CTO Albert 與 CEO (忘記名字了XD) 在 2018 年創立 Proto，專注於複雜的 AI 軟體開發，目前在招募亞洲地區的 Technical Manager 職務，成員預計約 5~8 位。

主要被詢問到以下幾個工作文化上的問題：
- 你如何確保在時程內完成工作？
- 當你在 review 同事的程式碼時，第一件事情會做什麼？
- 如果團隊成員感到氣餒時，你會如何鼓舞他？

題目還挺中規中矩的，但也沒有什麼標準回答，就純憑個人經驗與技巧自由發揮了。
我表示需要 3 ~ 4 週的時間交接目前工作後才能轉換，接著彼此談到期望薪資的部分，Proto 對於這個職位提供的範圍是年薪 80,000 CAD ~ 85,000 CAD，以目前匯率 CAD:TWD 約 1:22 換算，等同於 1,760,000 TWD ~ 1,870,000 TWD。
Devon 講話的節奏非常俐落，非常不願意浪費任何一點時間的那種，整場面試不到 15 分鐘就結束了，最令人驚喜的是，第一次遇到如此準時的面試，加入會議時就看到該看見的人了！（反觀台灣那些愛遲到愛放鳥的...）

: CSRF is an attacking technique that makes some identity execute authorized requests in the background. There are several techniques to defend CSRF, e.g. double submit, random token, etc. Most of time, we leverage cookies to prevent the identity being abused.

總共 2 題 HackerRank 題目，時間限制 120 分鐘，第二題限定使用 Java。

## 1. Roll The String

A single _roll_ operation on a string is a circular increment of each character by one. Looking at the English alphabet, characters in the range ascii[a-z], _a_ becomes _b_, _b_ becomes _c_, and _z_ becomes _a_.

Given an array of integers named _roll_, perform a roll operation on the first _roll[i]_ characters of _s_ for each element _i_ in the array. Given a zero indexed string, an operation _roll[i]_ affects characters at positions _0_ through _(roll[i]-1)_.

**Example**

_s = 'abz'_

_roll = [3, 2, 1]_

Perform the following sequence of operations:
- _roll[0] = 3:_ Roll all three characters so _'abz'_ becomes _'bca'_.
- _roll[1] = 2:_ Roll the first two characters so _'bca'_ becomes _'cda'_.
- _roll[2] = 1:_ Roll the first character so _'cda'_ becomes _'dda'_.

After performing the operations, the final value of _s_ is _'dda'_.

Complete the function _rollTheString_ in the editor below.

rollTheString has the following parameter(s):

## 2. Shape Inheritance

The area and perimeter of different geometric shapes like rectangle, circle, or square are calculated using different mathematical formulae.

Create the following three classes:
1. The _Rectangle_ class should implement the _Shape_ interface. It should have two class variables of float type, length and, width. Also, it should implement the following methods:
    - _Rectangle(float new\_length, float new\_width):_ sets the class variables, _length = new\_length_ and _width = new\_width_ respectively.
    - _float getArea():_ returns the result of _length $\times$ width_, the area of the rectangle. Also prints "_Finding area of rectangle with length = \{length} and width = \{width}_", where _\{length}_ and _\{width}_ are the respective values of class variables _length_ and _width_.
    - _float getPerimeter():_ returns the result of _2 $\times$ (length + width)_, the perimeter of the rectangle. Also prints "_Finding perimeter of rectangle with length = \{length} and width = \{width}_".
    - _String toString():_ returns the string _"Rectangle = [length: \{length}, width: \{width}, area: \{area}, perimeter: \{perimeter}]"_.

    Note: _\{length}_ and _\{width}_ respectively represent the class variables _length_ and _width_. _\{area}_ and _\{perimeter}_ respectively represent the area and perimeter of the rectangle. # 總結

人資在照會當下並未說明技術前測有限定語言，因此在無預警情況下被迫使用 Java 進行 HackerRank 測驗，並於測驗隔日隨即收到感謝信。個人認為人資非常失職，甚至覺得被洗了業績，詢問後未得到回覆，整體體驗非常糟糕且差勁，希望欲投此間公司的朋友慎重考量。

過程中跟人資前所未有般地不對頻，我問的問題都被抱怨在文件裡面有提到，可以強烈感受到人資很不耐煩地覺得我在浪費她的時間，開場3分鐘內就覺得非常不妙，有種被洗業績的感覺。

# 總結

這間公司應該是非常注重面試者是否事先閱讀過文件，以及有沒有回答出人資心目中的標準答案吧？給人一種回答不過就刷掉的氛圍，總之筆者感受不到這間公司有誠心在招募。

應公司要求不得揭露於任何公開環境中。方向為需在 7 日內實作一個 Python Web Application，並以壓縮檔寄回。

# 總結

引用獵頭原話：「嗨～XX，早安！讓你久等了，收到UI通知，你的作業沒有達到他們的標準，所以不會往下安排面試」

筆者花了約 3 天的下班後時間完成作業，等了 3 個禮拜，最後只獲得一句「未達標準」就敷衍掉（？

應該又是一間把工程師當免洗塑膠的公司吧，建議讀者們慎投！

# 2021/11/25 後記

在收到公司第一次敷衍的回覆後，筆者仍試圖繼續了解具體原因，最後得到回覆如下

> His assignment cannot be launched successfully. He didn’t pass the assignment phase.」

噢，負責審核的人是眼睛瞎了沒看到 Readme 嗎？還是不會用 Pyenv？跑不起來不會問一下嗎？怎樣的錯誤訊息也不給的嗎？憑什麼有辦法回答地如此輕浮又敷衍？這間公司的招募體驗簡直爛到令人不可置信啊！

為了避免讀者們重蹈小弟的覆轍，也避免各位浪費時間淌這混水，我決定公開這個爛公司的面試題目，以及小弟當時不及格到 Recruiter 不屑看上一眼的作業答案：

## 人資面試

主要是文化適性相關問答。

# 總結

面試過程接觸到的人員，不論是人資或是工程師，全部都散發著友善、信任及尊重，整體而言是非常舒服的面試體驗。

技術面試不搞前測，直接線上一小時與真人面試官用刷題互動；第一輪面試當天就邀約二面，反應非常俐落敏捷不掉漆；二面當天，人資竟然不是坐在辦公室等人按門鈴，而是準時站在門禁附近等待面試者；人資知道我想等領完現職年終再報到，主動提議討論是否接受由 Swag 負擔，沒有任何為難或情緒勒索。以上種種實例，都讓人覺得獲得前所未有的尊重，原來面試可以這麼大方、這麼高尚、這麼得體、這麼禮貌不做作、這麼香，竟然還不失專業。

這麼棒的面試體驗，筆者真心建議讀者們用行動來支持！

# 第一輪線上面談

面試官是 Co-Founder 之一的 Shawn，彼此互相介紹之後，Shawn 就開始瘋狂地拋出許多不好回答的開放式問題：

- 為什麼會對 Esen 感興趣？
- 你覺得 Esen 最吸引你，讓你眼睛為之一亮的點是什麼？
- 你工作上曾經遇過的棘手問題？在 Esen 你會怎麼解決相同的問題？
- 你的話滿少的，能不能分享更多關於XX的想法？
- 你覺得為什麼我們不找外包就好？而是要找品質優良的工程師？
- etc.

有的時候問完還會追問我對剛才的討論有沒有什麼其他想法或是想分享的事情。

整場討論其實讓人有種窒息感，看得出 Shawn 是個非常 Sales 導向的人，不斷地想賣出自家的產品，試圖拉攏對這個 Idea 抱有熱情的人，幾乎每一題都把我當成 Co-Founder 似地拷問著，搞得好像我才是要創業證明產品價值的人。
但是林北就死工程師，一向是收多少錢就辦多少事，不問技術，問我一堆心得感想腦力激盪哩哩叩叩的要幹嘛...

# 第二輪現場面試

主要是針對 ESEN 未來想做的產品在白板上進行高階系統規劃，討論了未來預計有哪些需求、有哪些可能的使用角色，以及資料模型預計會如何設計等等。後續閒聊的時候也問到電機背景的共同創辦人 Shawn 是如何轉往商業顧問發展的，也談到當時如何開始產生創業念頭的，中間偶爾穿插著針對產品細節的詢問及討論，最後臨走前還參觀了一下離辦公室不遠的診所（據說剛開幕三周）。

整場面試過程相比第一輪面談愉快許多，或許第一次相見時彼此處在看待產品的兩個極端，所以花了整場面談的時間來磨合，在後續討論中才逐漸適應。

# 第三輪現場面試

這場面試除了先前見過的 Shawn 以外，還加入了剛報到一個月的 UI/UX Designer Henk，看起來為人老實敦厚。整場面試主要仍然以 Behavior 類型的問題為主，參雜著一部分的閒聊，結束後再次到辦公室附近的診所參觀，並且與另一位共同創辦人 Wilson 見了面。

# 第四輪現場面試

前面三場面試主要都是與營運長 Shawn 接觸，而這次終於和另一位共同創辦人 Wilson 一起坐下來聊聊了。Wilson 本職就是家醫，也是 ESEN 第一間診所裡唯一一位醫師，與弟弟 Shawn 共同創辦 ESEN 成為創業兄弟檔。此次面試一樣是談論性質居多，偶爾由 Wilson 拋出開放式的提問，主要圍繞在產品藍圖的發想。最後，在面試結尾有被詢問到，根據前面討論的產品藍圖，我預計如何規劃未來的產品團隊？當時我簡易列出了必要的成員，包含 PM、FE、UI/UX 等，粗估一年可能花費 400~600 萬的人事費用，而 Wilson 也信誓旦旦地請我放心，並告訴我錢的事情他來煩惱。整場面試過程聊得十分愉快，在臨走前也拿到了兩位老闆的 Verbal Offer。

# 總結

一周後，Shawn 趕在平安夜裡打了電話給我，找我協議 Package，最終取得 12 個月的 Base 加上 RSU (1-year cliff, 4-year vesting)，為了避稅，將會以部分台幣搭配部分美金的形式入帳，筆者認為整體而言算是還不錯的機會！

共有 5 個產品線，每個產品各有一位 PM，PM 們也都有技術背景，工程團隊對於技術要求很高，全部都只找 Full-stack，專案管理也落實嚴謹的 Scrum 流程。全球約 150 位員工，台灣 120 人，工程團隊 60 人（40 人在台灣，20 人在美國）。目前紐奧、東南亞、東北亞都有 inline 的服務，Main App、Support、Tools（內部工具部門）有在招募。技術上使用 JS 為主，包括但不限於 NodeJS、React。

1. What is the difference between ‘implements’ and ‘extends’

    > 'Implement' shares the same interfaces horizontally across independent classes, while 'extend' shares the same attributes, functions and interfaces vertically across the class inheritance chain.

2. Why SQL databases prefer vertical scaling and NoSQL databases prefer horizontal scaling?

    > Horizontal scaling has one disadvantage that they need to make sure each slave server consistent. Also there's one challenging problem once we need atomic operations in distributed SQL database. That's why SQL databases prefer vertical scaling.

3. What is ‘Composite’ pattern, and where it is most commonly used?

    > It's like send out a function and get a function back. It's something used in functional programming, which really care the immutability, and the data should not be changed in the function. For composition, it can package some function together and use them easily.

招募原因：團隊擴編

# 公司概況

2013年成立，慢性疾病起家，目前致力於糖尿病監測、連續血糖監測器等產品。公司規模成長至今約50人，其中約25位工程師，本次招募的 Web Team 編制則為後端 4 位、前端 3 位、DevOps 2 位，技術棧包含 Python、Twisted、Golang、Vue、Docker Compose、Kubernetes、AWS。合約用戶約 10 萬，市場上可匹敵的競爭者為 MySugar。

產品線分為 2B 及 2C 兩個面向：

- 2B
  - `雲端照護平台`，200~300 間醫療院所使用
- 2C
  - `健康護照`，即將棄用的產品，功能包括串接第三方 OCR 掃描檢驗報告
  - `智抗糖`，為 Android 及 iOS 雙平台的 Native App，約 80 萬下載

# 第一輪線上面試（HR：Claire Wu, Web Team Manager: Conan Hsieh）

前半小時與人資面談，由於筆者要求的薪水高於公司可以提供的範圍，最終仍然協議如果低於 1.7M / Annum 則不繼續。

後面一小時與技術主管交流 Monolithic 及 Microservice 技術架構的利弊分析，以及過去的工作事項成就。討論的範圍多以高階系統層級為主，如系統設計、架構設計等，沒有 Live Coding。

# 第二輪線上面試（Engineer VP or Engineer：Joe）

## Remote Config 系統設計

本題以 Firebase Remote Config 為原型，針對假想的 Remote Config 進行系統設計。使用者請求會包含國碼、語系、版本號，目前的需求為撈取符合條件的 Config 後合併所有 Json。面試官提問包括以下：
- 你會挑選何種儲存方式、快取服務？
- 請口述 Schema 長相

目前約 20~30 位台灣工程師，使用語言主要為 Java、Scala，其次是 Go、Python、.Net，注重架構改善的能力。由於會需要在泰國曼谷工作，公司有提供 4 年簽證，福利上也提供每周3天的WFH及每年30天的返鄉WFH。

# 第一輪線上技術測驗（主要面試官：Edwin，旁聽面試官：Suratin，一小時）

獵頭事前提供了準備方向與考古題給我，會有兩大題型：Calculator 及 Permutation，例題如下：

1. 給 [1,2,2,3,3,3] 找出最高次數與最少次數的差 => 3次3, 1次1 => 3-1     

做完問時間複雜度  

跟改良時間複雜度的方法

2. 做出 TwoSum Object 裡面有兩個 attr => store(number), test(amount): boolean

實際上連續考了四題字串題目：

1. Given a string, write a function that checks if the string is a palindrome
2. Given a string, write a function that checks if there exists a permutation of the string that is a palindrome
3. Given a string, write a function that returns the longest palindromic substr
4. Write a function that returns the longest non repeating characters

雖然都是 LeetCode 經典題目，先前也刷過和看過解答，但是一小時的面試扣掉前面10分鐘開場只省下50分鐘可以思考及寫code，還要用不熟的英文和面試官討論演算法，一個緊張就沒辦法仔細回想答案了，最後只能交出 Naive Solution，整體表現完全不如預期呀！

# 第二輪線上技術測驗（主要面試官：[Kraiwat Nimudomsuk](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kraiwat-nimudomsuk-0700841a/)，一小時）

這關是純系統設計，要替預約系統設計優惠碼功能，詳細題目如下：

- We will show error text when user input invalid promo code.
- There are 2 types of promo code

題目出得十分理性，不算難回答，但由於是線上測驗，開頭花了一些心力去學習白板軟體的操作，答題過程中也會因為不熟悉工具而處處受限，很難充分表達自己的思路，加上面試官有很重的口音，整場面下來雖然自認技術部份可以及格，但是溝通部分可能會失分。

## BE 主管（Archer）

介紹了目前主力產品 `Vocal`，為去年底啟動，農曆年前即將 Beta Release，功能是將語音轉為文字，再做文字摘要處理，語音轉換的過程也會融入情感分析，應用情境包括記者、行銷人員、教育訓練、電銷人員培訓等。產品團隊約11~12位，包含PM、UI/UX、FE、BE、QA、DevOps、NLU等分工，其中BE共4位。

在Aiello的BE會負責三件事情：
1. 制定資料存取介面
2. 商業邏輯開發
3. 整合外部服務（MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Calendar, etc.）

目前使用的技術有：Java, Vert.x, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Neo4j。

值得一提的是，主管特別提到公司經常加班，有向筆者多次確認意願。

## 人資

上班彈性工時不打卡，on-site為主，目前沒有Remote政策，會提供固定額度的晚餐餐點費，無正式加班費。資金健康，近期將啟動下一輪募資。

面試心得–Aiello Inc. 犀動智能


# 第一輪線上面試（一小時）

題目為 [LeetCode 93. Restore IP Addresses](https://leetcode.com/problems/restore-ip-addresses)。

# 第二輪線上面試（一小時，接洽人資：AnitaJR Wu 吳佳叡，面試官：Jerome Wu 吳文傑）

面試官是 base 新加坡的 DevOps 技術主管，開頭首先是雙方自介。Jerome 表示 AICS（發音：艾斯）部門成立約4年，旨在開創華碩的軟體新事業，經過幾次嘗試之後，產品方向收斂在醫療產業的資訊管理，也介紹了目前使用的技術，包含：Vue, Typescript, 少量 Python, Mongodb, Kubernetes。

在技術類的題目被問到了：

- 你之前做過的技術上的挑戰？

另外，筆者有提到自己帶人的經驗，因此有被問到一些管理相關的問題：

- 你曾經遇過管理上的什麼挑戰？
- 如果可以重來，你會怎麼調整你的處理方式？

口頭交流結束之後便開始一題 Live Coding，語言隨意（或部分 pseudo code），不需要可執行，題目如下：

最後面試結束前的問答，Jerome 提到目前的困難處包括 Domain Knowhow 較深，以及技術上需要承受長時間新舊系統並存的狀況。

在二面結束約兩週後由獵頭轉達未錄取，同時公司也有提供對於人選的回饋：

> 1. His performance in coding testing is not satisfying even considering him as a SDE.
> 2. His knowledge in various technologies is broad but not deep, which means we need extra effort to train him.
> 3. we think he is not an engineer who is careful about the details, which might make him hard to manage and work with.

火藥味雖然濃厚，但至少有給評價，知道未來改善的方向。

此後端職缺僅適用目前[主力產品](https://www.earnaha.com/en)，為一 Fintech 軟體產品，讓學生加入平台一邊學習一邊賺錢。原則上所有的資訊都已經公開在[Aha Handbook](https://earnaha.gitbook.io/aha-handbook/)了。

# 第一輪線上面談（人資）

底薪為 14~16 個月的 base 外加 Aha 自行開發但尚未發行的 Token 作為 Bonus。據人資說法底薪一定讓你滿意（到底哪來的自信？）。雖然文件上都公告年薪 > NTD 150 萬的話可以跳過技術測驗，但經詢問後，人資表示該規則只適用來自 FAANG 的應徵者，最後筆者仍然被要求要進行測驗。

# 第二輪線上面談（人資：Alice）

薪資將以上一份工作薪資、上上份薪資、考試分數綜合衡量。

# 第三輪線上面試（45 分鐘 - 1 小時，面試官：Senior Engineer Kent Chen、Zeal Lin）

兩位面試官都是台灣人，負責主持面試的 Kent Chen 是目前的 Tech Lead，負責分析需求及拆分任務，雙方互相介紹之後就開始從履歷進行面試。面試官非常友善，也很認真看過人選的履歷，甚至閱讀履歷上連結的部落格文章，令人十分受寵若驚。針對我的個人經歷，有被詢問到以下幾個問題：

- 能否多說明一下 ODQL？為何不乾脆使用 GraphQL？
- 你認為使用 DDD 有帶來什麼好處？
- 你的應用程式拆分出哪些 Microservices？
- 你的 Microservice 之間如何溝通？認證的部分是否考慮過整合 auth0 等第三方服務？
- 你的部落格為什麼沒有使用 CSS Framework？

除了以上個人化的提問之外，面試官也準備了一些文化適性類型的問題：

- 過去開發經驗中，你認為最自豪的部分？
- 過去開發經驗中，你認為可以改善或避免的部分？如果可以重來，你會如何處理？
- 假設你在 Aha 工作，請你想像你的一天會是如何進行？
- 寫作業時是否有覺得特別有趣的部分？

面試結束前的交流中，面試官沒有正面回答目前技術上遇到的難題，而是提出人的問題比技術問題更加棘手，另外他也提及公司組織相對扁平，每個月都會有向上回饋的管道。工程團隊規模不大，目前編制前端加上後端共六位，過一陣子會再加入一位。

# 第一輪線上面試（2小時）

## Tech: Software Engineer (面試官：Wei Ning, 45 分鐘)

第一題考列舉質數：

Followup 會請你分析時間複雜度、如何優化、怎麼進行單元測試。另外面試官有追問對於 Node.js 的熟悉程度，像是 `var` 與 `let` 的差異。

## Tech / Culture: Sr. Backend Engineer (面試官：Jason Jhang, 35 分鐘)

這一關包含系統設計類考題以及 Culture Fit 問題。

1. 如果要增強 IOT 設備的安全性，你會怎麼做？
2. 你對於 Unit Test 會怎麼解讀？
3. Netflix 近期開始限制共享方案使用者作弊行為，你會怎麼實作類似的功能？
4. 後續有問一些 Culture 問題，但筆者已經想不起來

此面試階段結束前筆者有反問為什麼有現在這個職缺，面試官的回應是擴編並增加備援人力，會加入 Cloud 的產品線。另外詢問了目前開發遇到的難處，得到的回應是市場上找不到前例可以作為參考。

## Tech: Software Consultant (面試官：Kelly Yang, 1 小時)

開頭先從概念性的問題交流：

- SQL vs. NoSQL？各有什麼優缺點？
- MVC 是什麼？Client-side render的話還稱得上是MVC嗎？
- Restful 是什麼？
- 請解釋 Nodejs 的 async 和 await
- 你身為一位 BE 會怎麼和 FE、QA 合作？

接著是兩題 Live Coding，限定 Node.js，必須執行以驗證結果，過程中可以查詢輔助資源，但要分享螢幕畫面讓面試官看得到操作過程。

Followup 優化方式：

1. 數學運算

    檢查某個數字 $n$ 是否為質數時，因數可以只檢查小於 $\sqrt{n}$ 的奇數即可，當然 `2` 這個數字本身要例外處理。

    假設 $n$ 有上限，那麼只要空間足夠，其實可以用空間換時間，直接預算答案。

開頭針對面試前討論的預期薪資討論，提出可接受 offer 5%~10% 為 Stock Option。

接著 CTO 開始隨機問各種問題，技術和非技術交錯：

1. 銜接考卷題目，如果 MQ 和 API Server 之間的網路也中斷了，你會怎麼處理？

    當時聽不太懂題意，只好根據自己的理解先吐一點東西，回答的方向從 HA MQ、DB Replica，一直到使用 Local File 實作 WAL，最後還是沒有理解題目XD。

2. 過去做過最有挑戰的技術成就？
3. 你的 Career Path？
4. 你覺得你的大學和碩士差異是什麼？
5. 你從什麼時候開始寫程式的？
6. 你會怎麼選擇 Python 和 Node.js？

2. Design

    Suppose you have an API service. The single source of truth for this system is a relational database (MySQL). For certain queries, you want to optimise query
    performance using a full-text search database, i.e. Elasticsearch.
    The API server and MySQL are located in the same datacentre, but Elasticsearch we uses a hosted service (elastic.co), so network failures across datacenters need to be considered.
    The current implementation is as follows: For some fields update in the MySQL (e.g. title of a posts table), the API would double the write to the Elasticsearch synchronously, so when there is a network issue the data between the MySQL and Elasticsearch will become inconsistent.

全公司約 30 位員工，工程團隊有 6 位（Tech Lead * 1, Infra * 1, BE * 1, Full-stack * 3）。主要產品為前一陣子推出的 MVP `Aifian`，願景是讓用戶透過 Aifian 把物質品質變得更好，產品經過 4 年多的收斂，近期上線的功能受到超越預期的好評。

以近期推出的裝備表功能而言，商業模式是讓用戶以資產證明提供信用貸款，進而收取放貸利息。但初期經營需要面臨教育用戶的難題，產品功能容易聯想到詐騙，產品開發也在很早期的階段，考驗工程師模組化的能力。公司仍然持續擴編中，預計半年內再招募 2~3 位資深工程師。

解法一：從左右兩側使用 Two Pointer 掃描。

## Move Zeroes

解法一：Single Pointer。

掃描陣列中的數字，若遇到非零者就將該數字寫入到寫入指標所在位置，並且遞進寫入指標，完成掃描後，再讓寫入指標一路補零到結尾。

    def moveZeroes(self, nums: List[int]) -> None:
        n = len(nums)
        write = 0

        for num in nums:
            if num != 0:
                nums[write] = num
                write += 1

            nums[write] = 0

```

解法二：Two Pointer，可以最小化操作次數。

使用第一個指標 `zero_index` 持續追蹤最左側的 0 所在的位置，並使用另一個指標 `i` 掃描陣列，掃描過程遇到非零者就與最左側的 0 交換數字。需注意此做法成立的條件是必須保持 `i > zero_index`，如此迭代的過程才能往答案逼近，否則像是 `[1,2,3,0,0,0]` 這樣的反例就會找不到答案。
